Here’s a quick update as to what’s going on in Costa Rica as of June 3, 2021. As always, my thoughts are based on my experience living and working here in Guanacaste in Playa Junquillal.
We have been enjoying some spectacular weather! Guanacaste is fortunate to have a generally light rainy season, especially in May through August. We’ve had lots of breezy, sunny days.
I also had my first experience traveling to Costa Rica during the pandemic; I give an extremely brief overview of what you need to get to the U.S. and back.
In this thrilling nail biter of a vlog I cover:
1:44 – Costa Rica weather in May-June (specifically Guanacaste)
2:58 – Costa Rica travel tips and logistics – COVID-19 test, QR code form etc.
5:26 – Cost Rica tourism – how things stand as the industry bounces back from COVID-19
6:54 – Costa Rica real estate market remains strong
7:33 – Earth-Shattering News – one of the best beaches in Costa Rica is now more accessible
If you have decided that you want to move to Costa Rica and specifically the Tamarindo area, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org (I define this area as the communities ranging from Playa Lagarto, north through Junquillal and up to Playa Flamingo, Grande and Potrero.)
