Executive banquet chef, Tristan, was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in South Africa. Most recently at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, Tristan’s menus are heavily influenced by his globe-trotting travels. “From my time in the Caribbean, I have an affinity for seafood and the specific spices of these islands.” Tristan and Jenae, along with our other attentive team members plan flawless meeting and events with
