Symptoms are not the Problem | And How to Boost Your Immune System

Hey Friends! No matter where are you from, I bet you all grew up with the same paradigm around symptoms. And it says: symptoms are the problem. Our health care is setup to suppress symptoms. That’s what herbs and drugs do, that’s what almost all treatments do. But pain happens for a reason. Firstly, it’s a message from a body to rest as completely as possible. And suppressing pain is not a very good idea. Secondly, symptoms are often there, because your body is attempting to cleanse and heal. Nothing heals your body, except your body. You can’t take something, that makes you heal. Symptoms are evidence, that something is going on and your body is attempting to cleanse and heal. Instead of suppressing symptoms by taking drugs or herbs (and even garlic), which always weaken the body, we need to meet all of our body’s needs, so we can actually alleviate our bodies’ immune function. In this video I remind you how to boost your immune system naturally. When we are fasting, we are giving the body an opportunity, the time, the energy to cleanse and heal. We are likely to experience numerous symptoms because of that. What’s the role of body work? Are there times when some kind of intervention might be useful or called for? Possibly, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the body and suppress the symptoms. Personally, I wouldn’t intervene.
